Course Overview:

Women often take on many caregiving roles—mother, wife, daughter, coworker, or caregiver of a child with special needs. Along the way, we may feel tired, frustrated, anxious, or lonely, and sometimes wonder if we are good enough, patient enough, or capable of giving our families the love and support they need.

The Savior understands our struggles and invites us to lay our burdens upon Him. He wants us not only to give but also to pause—to care for our own hearts and bodies. When we recognize our divine worth and learn to nurture ourselves, we can draw upon strength from Heaven.

Course Outline:

4. Giving Yourself the Love and Care You Need

  • Reflection: “In what areas of my life do I feel fulfilled? What have I been neglecting?”
  • The Lord wants us to wisely use the time and body He has given, not exhaust ourselves.
  • Activity: Write down “How can the people around me support me better?”
