Impromptu Choir Pianist

Tsen, Ming Jie

Sister Tseng Ming-Jie is a young woman who has learned to see blessings amid challenges and to find light throughout her life’s journey. Raised in the Church, she has always been drawn to music and the stage. Over her 23 years of life, music has gradually helped her discover her direction of life.
Ming-Chieh began formal piano lessons at the age of seven. Though she started later than others, her love for music never dimmed. As she grew older, she studied in the Department of Popular Music at Taipei City University of Science and Technology, majoring in popular vocal performance, and serving as both keyboardist and backing vocalist in a band. She also currently serves as a choir director in church. Music not only enriches her life—it has deepened her understanding of God’s boundless love.
She firmly believes she is a child favored by God. In 2022, she suffered a fall from a great height, yet by the power and protection of the Lord, she miraculously survived with minimal injury. She is profoundly grateful, knowing that God has strengthened her through this experience. Although she does not yet know what God has planned for her future, she trusts that everything is part of His perfect design.
Ming-Jie holds fast to her faith: as long as we trust in God and offer ourselves fully to Him, He will work miracles in our lives and allow us to witness His limitless love.
